DoTerra essential products
DoTerra essential products are used in my practice.
IceBlue cream rub is used in the massage therapy practice room. IceBlue cream rub has wintergreen and other heating and cooling ingredients. This cream is a heat promoting rub which encourages blood movement on the localised area that is having therapy.
Lemongrass and Oregano along with Wintergreen essential oil is used as well, along with other essential oils.. I find these essential oils so beneficial in promoting heat to the body.
You can rub almond oil onto your body and add an essential oil product yourself to promote healing to the body. Essential oils are great to increase recovery of sore and tired muscles. It is also great for many other things, including insomnia.
