How to avoid damage to the rotator cuff during recreational activities.

Rotator cuff muscles are part of the shoulder girdle/scapula. Recreational activities such as fishing and golf are activities that use the rotator cuff muscles continually. Stretching and warm up exercises are very important in regards to minimising harm to the rotator cuff muscles during recreational activities. Wear and tear can deteriorate muscles in the rotator cuff which can then prevent the enjoyment of recreational activities.
